This property is a beautiful home outside St.-Tropez, just two kilometers from the heart of town. Nestled on a luxuriant country estate, the villa balances vintage rustic charm with an exquisite modern aesthetic. Superb amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a gym and massage room, a wonderful entertainment room and home cinema, and beautiful dining areas both indoors and alfresco.

The villa's staff provides a host of complimentary services, including privately catered meals. Nine bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms accommodate families and groups up to eighteen in size.

The ample estate welcomes momentous occasions, festive gatherings, or serene relaxation under the Mediterranean sky. The swimming pool (measuring 20-by-7 meters) is set within a spacious terrace, with lovely lounge chairs and sunbeds, sofas, and a bistro table. Up a few steps, roomy lounge areas flank the shaded outdoor kitchen and dining area. Multiple verandas extend from the house, including one with a magnificent timber table. Verdant lawns offer space for ceremonies or playful fun, while the roof terrace enjoys sweeping views of the coastal landscape and sea.

The main interior living room opens through wide, vanishing walls to the terrace and gardens. The rustic-modern mélange includes timber ceiling beams, a wood-burning hearth, designer light fixtures, high-end media features, and fabulous artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances and voluminous prep space, and there are dining areas for casual or special meals. The entertainment area is perfect for late-night fun, with a home cinema, game tables, and wet bar. The villa also includes a home office.

The master suite opens to a private terrace and features a queen bed, ample sofa, walk-in closet, desk, and large TV. Its deluxe ensuite bathroom includes a spacious shower and soaking tub. Almost all of the guestrooms open to private or shared terraces, and all feature ensuite bathrooms (several of which include tubs). There is a safe, TV, and air conditioning in each room.

The villa's parking area can comfortably accommodate ten cars. From the estate's gate, you're an easy drive from St.-Tropez, Golf Club St.-Tropez, and myriad beaches and towns along the Côte d'Azur.
