This beautiful villa of 250 m2 has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 8 adults. The villa was built on a 1000 m² plot surrounded by pine trees, palm trees and greenery. It enjoys a lot of privacy and gives the feeling of being in the heart of nature.It is on two levels and is accessible by car via an automatic gate on the lower level and by foot via a small gate on the upper level.
On the On the upper level of the villa there is the living room, with sofas and fireplace, the dining table for 8 people and the fully equipped open kitchen with direct access to the outdoor terraces through large bay windows. On the lower level there are the four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. All have direct access to the outdoor garden.
The villa also has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer and also a fitness room with KLAFS Premium dry sauna.
The villa has a garden, terraces, a private heated pool and an outdoor massage cabin. There is also garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas, a dining area for 8 people and a barbecue. Other facilities: private parking for 4 cars, outdoor lighting.
